My wife broke down in Blue Springs, MO on a long road trip from GA to CO with our dog and 5 year old grandson. Our car has an extended warranty so we had to find a place that accepted it, have it towed and Lyft herself and family to the repair shop. There were several in the area but when I called AAMCO Adam was quick to say they could take a look and knew the situation we were in. 8 hours from home and ready to be there - then a pretty decent roadblock. Adam got the car into his shop immediately and Cody started diagnosing it. They worked with the warranty company to get it approved and made sure they understood she was stranded and needed a quick resolution. A part had to be delivered and they hoped it would get there just before closing at 5. Adam promised he would do everything he could to get her back on the road that day. He called several times checking on the part delivery and Cody worked hard to get the car repaired well and efficiently. She, our dog and grandson were welcomed in their waiting room for several hours and they not only got her back on the road - they did it about 45-60 min earlier than they planned! THANK YOU ADAM AND CODY for helping them, keeping them safe and getting them back on their way home in record time!! AAMCO and you two deserve all the business Blue Springs has to offer!! Professional, kind and helped someone not from their community as if she was one of their own. Can’t say enough good things about them!!

I had a great experience with AAMCO! A coworker recommended them after my car had been sitting for a few months with the check engine light on. Adam was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything to me over the phone & again in person, making sure I understood what was going on with my car. It ended up needing several repairs, including a catalytic converter, O2 sensor, battery, and a few other things. 🫠 I dropped it off Tuesday evening & had it back Wednesday afternoon, just before they closed. I really appreciated the quick turnaround, great communication & how kind and professional Adam was. Overall, I had a positive experience & would definitely recommend them!
